I've heard these are signs of early pregnancy, is that true? I am on the pill but I honestly don't take it properly and I had unprotected sex 3 times in the past month. I'm guessing it would be too early to take a test yet, but could I be pregnant? That would be my first comment. This is my 4th Prego and it feels different. I feel heavy down there compared to my 3 girls. I also swear at times I feel movement and it hurts to button my pants up. When labor started for me I felt alot of low back pain and it was very sharp. My mom try to tell that I was suppose be experiencing pain because I was a week over due so I got in the shower and tried to lay down but the pain wouldn't go away or slow down. I lay in the bed for two hour crying until my boyfriend make me get up and go to the hostipal I will never forget that pain it was worst than the labor. You’ll know when labor starts.
